Our appointments are confirmed 48-72 hours in advance through our scheduling system, whether that be through text message or email, because we know that sometimes remembering an appointment that was set up in advance can be tricky to remember. Please note, although we do send out reminders, if we are unable to reach you, the responsibility is yours to make note of your appointment. We do not want you to miss your reserved time slot and result in a no show.
We believe your time is valuable and we treasure our time with you. That is why reserving appointments is essential to our business. It allows us to book the appropriate amount of time for your tailored service. We do understand there are times adjustments need to be made and we are happy to accommodate a change request, however we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for your cancellation.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, we will require pre-payment when booking future appointments, subject to the cancellation policy.
